Complaint goods in Czech republic and Slovakia

If you purchased goods from us that arrived damaged or a defect appeared during use, please inform us of this in advance before sending it back to our email: info@4karate.net, or contact us by phone: +420 704 979 333 (Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm). Together we will agree on the best procedure for sending the goods back to us. Depending on the type of goods and the nature of the damage, we will choose the best and cheapest method of transport together. For the best process and settlement, please follow this procedure:

1) INFORM US ABOUT THE COMPLAINT

Send us an email on the jersey: info@4karate.net with a description of the problem, attach photos of the damage, a complaint report and a copy of the document (or just write its number). Complaint protocol - DOWNLOAD HERE: Form for making a complaint within the statutory period. At the same time, enclose this protocol in the packaging of the claimed product.

2) TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS TO US

You can send us goods of a common type (clothing, protectors, skates and other smaller sports equipment) in the following ways:

a) By Czech post to the address: ATTRACTIVE COMMERCE s.r.o., class Dr. Beneše 252, POŠTA UNHOŠŤ, 27351 (This address serves only as a shipping address, it is not a contact address and there is no brick-and-mortar store)

or

b) Consignment to delivery point:

Recipient: ATTRACTIVE COMMERCE s.r.o., delivery point ZÁSILKOVNA: Pet food, class Dr. Beneše 335, Unhošť, 27351. If you are interested, contact us and we will send you a CLAIM ASSISTANT. It's a label that you stick on a wrapped parcel and hand it in at any Post Office branch.

or

c) Goods of larger size or weight (scooters and others): ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST AT TEL.: + 420 704 979333 . We will arrange a pick-up from you.

Never send goods as cash on delivery, such a shipment will not be accepted. Include a copy of the receipt you received from us upon purchase and the CLAIM PROTOCOL in the shipment.

Complaint goods in another country (outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia)

Contact us by email at info@4karate.cz or by phone at +420 704 979 333 and together we will agree on the most suitable method of returning and exchange the goods.
